I cook to explore. Techniques, flavors and sensations. And I love port cities.

I bring to the table a hint of oriental port cities. And the orient is just east of where you are :)

After 14 years of experimenting, I can easily say that I have spent some of my best evenings and afternoon creating simple recipes that reflect an hint of the oriental to the occident. Kind of like me :)
